The Accommodation
We are pleased to be able to offer two adjacent two bedroom 2nd floor apartments in a purpose built building located in a quiet side street just 50 metres from the water front and glorious town beach. Each apartment can sleep up to 6 making use of the generous sofa bed in the lounge. Pets are welcome in both apartments. Free secure parking is included at a nearby hotel, just 5 minutes walk from the apartments.
We also offer a lovely one bedroom 1st floor apartment in a converted Victorian house with wonderful views of Swanage bay through bi-fold doors and the decked balcony, yet still just 500 metres from the centre of the town and the sea front. The apartment is accessed via external steps and includes parking for one vehicle.
All of our apartments are light and airy with lovely open plan living areas, Each have modern contemporary furniture and luxurious bedding, bed linen and towels. All apartments include a washing machine, gas or induction hob with electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.

The apartments are owned and managed by a group of friends who have all moved to Swanage over the past 12 years and decided to embark on a business venture together to provide holiday accommodation in Swanage of a type and quality we would want and expect ourselves.
We all live within 5 minutes of the apartments and happy to help in any way to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible.
