Swanage High Street and the Black Swan Inn
Looking east down the High Street. On the right of the photo is a Butchers advertising selling bacon and tender meat. Next is the Black Swan Inn which is still open today.
The following houses have been demolished and now have houses and a shop.
The houses to the left of the church tower were bombed in WWI
A horse and cart are driving down the road, the back of the cart is sign written with: Clealls Stores Corfe Castle.
