Flooded Kings Road East in 1951
Deep flooding in Kings Road East in the center of Swanage after heavy rains which caused the Brook River to overflow its banks and flood a large area in the town center.
In the left of the photo is an advert for “Private Lockups and Hire Cars” and on the right is a sign for Parsons and Son builders.
