Swanage Railway Bridge and Turntable Shed
This photo from 1974 shows the former railway line looking West under the stone bridge towards the turntable area with a train shed after the lines had been removed after the Beeching cuts.
The line closed to passenger services from 3 January 1972 and a short line was reopened in 1979 along the length of King Georges playing fields.
