Swanage Railway Engine Shed

This photo from 1974 shows the former railway line looking West with the engine shed in the foreground, after the lines had been removed after the Beeching cuts.

The line closed to passenger services from 3 January 1972 and a short line was reopened in 1979 along the length of King Georges playing fields.
