The Purbeck Film Festival was established in 1996 with the aim of bringing a rich variety of cinematic experiences to the rural area of Purbeck. This year, our 30th Autumn Festival, will once again showcase great independent cinema at an amazing range of venues all across the region. Since 1996, the work of the Purbeck Film Festival has grown year on year, in terms of venues and audience numbers, and continues to go from strength to strength. As well as our Autumn Festival, we host outdoor screenings across the summer – Cinema Under the Stars – at iconic Purbeck locations like Corfe Castle and the Blue Pool.Alongside our regular events, we hold one-off screenings and events throughout the year.
