An Adventure and a Half
Get ready to suit up in wetsuits and helmets for a day filled with sea, shore, and stomach conquering. The founders of Fore, Jade and Dan Scott, are experts in their craft and have even been featured on popular foodie programs like Uncharted with Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver's Friday Night Feast. These exclusive events only happen a few times a year, so don't miss out on this amazing opportunity!
Setting Off
Starting from Studland beach, we'll hop onto our kayaks and head out onto the water. As we paddle towards Old Harry's Rocks, we'll be kayak fishing and exploring the majestic stacks and arches from the water. Once we land at Old Harry's shores, we'll forage for sea vegetables and seaweeds, and pull in pots before heading back to base to show off our wild cooking skills.
Feasting Time
After getting warm and dry, we'll make our way to a secret feasting spot - a beautiful private pavilion overlooking the sea. Along the way, we'll continue foraging along the shore. You'll be greeted with a wild welcome drink and a wild food demo from our chef before indulging in a scrumptious 3-course meal made with the wild ingredients you've learned about. And don't worry, we always have a backup of local fish just in case!
